Property Hold Policy
-Once a customer has visited and selected a property, the property may be held exclusively for a maximum of 2 to 3 days.
-During this period, the customer must confirm the booking by paying the booking amount.
-If the booking amount is not received within this timeframe, the property may be released to other interested buyers without prior notice.

Booking Amount Refund Policy
-The booking amount is refundable only if the cancellation request is made within 2 days of the booking date.
-If cancellation is requested within 2 to 3 days, the refund may still be processed after minimal administrative and processing deductions.
-No refund will be applicable for cancellation requests made after 3 days from the booking date.

Bayana Payment & Refund Policy
-After booking, the customer must complete the bayana payment within 5 days from the booking date.
-The bayana amount is refundable only if cancellation is requested within 5 days of -the bayana payment date.
-In case of cancellation within 5 days, deductions may apply as per the developer’s terms and associated charges.
-No refund will be applicable after 5 days of bayana payment.

Registry Policy
-The final registry date shall be finalized through mutual understanding between the buyer and the seller.
-Both parties are expected to complete the transaction within the agreed timeline.

Commission Policy
-Reliable Home Estates charges a professional service fee ranging from 1% to 2% of the total property value, depending on the deal, property, and services provided.
-The final commission percentage will be mutually agreed upon before booking confirmation.
Commission Payment Schedule
–50% of the agreed commission must be paid within 2 days of booking.
-The remaining 50% of the agreed commission must be paid within 3 days of bayana.
